Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

1. Your item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unused.
2. It must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
3. The item must have all the original tags and packaging intact.

Initiating a Return To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our Customer Support Team within 2 days of receiving your order. You can reach us at sales@beautiqueoos.com.
2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. We may request photos to better understand the issue.
3. Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

Return Shipping 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refund Process 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• For returns due to defects or errors on our part, we will process a full refund, including the original shipping cost, to your original payment method.
• For returns due to reasons other than defects or errors on our part, we will issue a refund for the product’s cost only. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Please allow 3 days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Exchanges 

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
